Henry Bilinski

Operational & Process expert currently operating in Patient Transport Services, Homes to Schools and Integrated Transport Services for the Public Sector, Councils and NHS throughout the London Boroughs. Henry Bilinski started his career in the transport and logistics industry 30 years ago working through the ranks as a dispatch rider, operations controller, and running his own Courier and Transport businesses, which he successfully sold to the industry. Having completed several further successful transport company sales Henry joined OSL via an acquisition (which became part of Hats Group in 2008) as Commercial and Finance Director. After several years of continuous business growth he was appointed CEO of the HATs Group to run the entire portfolio of London operations in 2009. Responsible for delivering the commercial and operational strategies for The Hats Group covering Patient Transfer Services, Home to School Transport and Courier & Bus services ensuring the success of Hats Customer experience program, specialist fleet operations and quality of the service networks across London. His role also covers service quality standards: the latest inspection from Care Quality Commission Regulator ranked Hats Group the highest standard on all five key criteria. Responsible for ensuring optimum operating efficiency through effective management and use of the latest logistics and customer service technology, to provide safe, timely and cost effective services for the Councils, Trusts and people the business serves. He has created and drives a service mark and service process through the business referred to as HCE (HATS Customer Experience).
